On 6th June East Wintergarden held a client showcase inviting local and prospective clients to view the Canary Wharf space. This event highlighted East Wintergarden as an excellent choice of venue for conferences, boardroom meetings, awards ceremonies, product launches, and private parties.
The main space, which had been set up for up to 200 guests, was adorned with a round table dinner set up and featured a versatile staging set by our in-house production partners Vibration Design and Production, suitable for conferences, dinners, awards, and similar events. To help guests envision the space when empty, a video showcase of the venue and surrounding Canary Wharf area, played in the background on our 5.5m mounted screen.
Overlooking The Isle of Dogs, The Promenade Room was also made accessible to clients and attendees who could observe it set as a boardroom. Flooded with natural light, and views of the waterfront, a positive ambience is a natural attribute of this space.
On the first floor sits The Gallery, which offered a vantage point over the Main Hall where guests were treated to mimosas and brunch including avocado toast and freshly baked pastries by East Wintergarden’s preferred catering supplier Moving Venue. As well as a bar, live cooking station, and soft furnishings, our entertainment provider Full Circle brought the fun with a classic black and white photobooth, which when hired in event allows clients to add their own logos. Here attendees could also observe the uninterrupted sight lines and views across the Wharf.
